Machine has 5 fully functioning CNC-controlled axis'; drills are sharpened and point-split complete in seconds
Can sharpen standard drills, step drills & subland drills; in addition to today's exotic points manufactured by Guhring, Sumitomo, Sandvik, Dormer ADX/CDX, Hertel, Cleveland, Titex and others. Also sharpens carbide tools, taps, countersinks, counter bores, reamers, and more
Bar code reader system (optional) facilitates immediate call up from memory for every cutting tool in your tool crib, to eliminate additional programming time and provide effective tool crib inventory management . Drill parameters (o.d., clearance, point angle, etc.) are stored in the software, then called up when that tool's code is either scanned, or typed in at the control
